Your photos beat stock images
Customers recognize your trucks, your team and your finished jobs. Use them.

Each photo page needs at least 2,700 x 2,100 pixels on the 11 x 8.5 calendar. The photo calendar guide shows how to check and crop them.
Your name on every month
Every month grid carries a footer with your logo, name, phone and website. The front and back covers carry a larger imprint.
- A QR code: add one to your footer or back cover in your artwork, linked to booking or reviews.
- Seasonal tips: a one-line tip under each month, such as "Change your furnace filter" in October. Add tips in your own artwork.
- Your dates: sales, seasonal service reminders or your open house, printed in the grid at no charge.

Any whole quantity from 10 to 250 is priced in proportion between our price tiers. Boxes are included and postage is at cost; the price calculator shows the delivered total. More than 250? Request a quote.
Mailing them
Add a 9 x 12 in envelope to each 11 x 8.5 calendar for $0.95. The mini takes a 6 x 9 in envelope for $0.75. Order by to have them in hand before Christmas. To mail them so they arrive before Christmas, order earlier and leave time to address and mail them.
Artwork: two ways
- We lay it out. Send one photo per month, a cover photo, your logo and your footer details. The layout costs $39 per order.
- You build it. Upload a 28-page PDF built on 2027 wall calendar template, 11 x 8.5 in (28 pages) (PDF), or on 2027 mini wall calendar template, 8.5 x 5.5 in (28 pages) (PDF) for the mini.
