Custom calendars versus promotional calendars
A custom calendar is yours on every page. A promotional calendar is a stock design with your name added to it.

Two sizes are available. The 11 x 8.5 wall calendar opens to 11 x 17, and the mini wall calendar opens to 8.5 x 11.
Start in December with the 13-month calendar
If you hand out calendars in December, the 13-month calendar runs from December 2026 to December 2027. It costs the same as 12 months. To fit the extra month, it drops the year-at-a-glance spread.
Pop-bys, closing gifts and holiday mailings
Plan the date you hand them out first, then order back from it.
- Thanksgiving pop-bys: Thanksgiving is November 26, 2026. Order by to have calendars in hand that week, if your file is complete and you approve the proof the day you get it.
- Holiday mailings: add a 9 x 12 in envelope for $0.95 per calendar, or a 6 x 9 in envelope for $0.75 per mini. Order by to have them in hand before Christmas. To mail them to clients before Christmas, order earlier and leave time to address and mail them.
- Closing gifts and open houses: keep a box in the office for new clients in early 2027.
How many to order
Start with your past-client list and your sphere, then add a few for open houses and new clients.

What to put on each month
Each month pairs a photo page above the fold with a month grid below it.
- Photos: your listings, sold homes, local parks and seasonal scenes from your farm area. Use photos you have the right to print; listing photos often belong to the photographer.
- Footer on every month: your logo, name, phone and website, with your brokerage and license line if you need them.
- Covers: your headshot or team photo on the front, and your contact details on the back. Add a QR code in your artwork if you want one.
- Your dates: a client party, a shred day or a community event, printed right in the grid at no charge.

Check your brokerage and state rules
Many brokerages and states require the brokerage name, and sometimes license details, on agent advertising. Check your brokerage's brand guidelines and your state's advertising rules before you approve the proof. We print the calendar exactly as you approve it.

- You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Approve it or ask for one round of changes.
- We print, bind and drill your calendars in 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment. Then we ship them to one address by USPS Ground Advantage.
