Church calendar printing for 2027

Our church calendar printing puts the 2027 church year, your service times and your own events on a wall calendar for every household. Order from 10 copies in two sizes, check every date on a proof, and hand them out before Advent or in January.

Your services, events and ministry dates

Your calendar can carry the church's whole year, not just the holidays.

• Footer on every month: church name, logo, service times, phone and website.
• Your own dates: VBS, the fall festival, youth retreats, baptism Sundays and anything else. Upload a list, or give a repeating date such as "every Wednesday: family dinner". There is no charge for dates.
• Photos: your building, your people at last year's events, or seasonal scenes from your town.

Event dates often change late. Send what you know, then check every date on your proof. One round of changes is included before we print.

One per household: what it costs

Most churches give one calendar to each household. The mini costs less per family and fits on a fridge; the 11 x 8.5 has larger photos and roomier date boxes.

Any quantity from 10 to 250 is priced in proportion between the tiers, and the price calculator adds postage for your ZIP code. Compare the sizes on the mini wall calendar and 11 x 8.5 wall calendar pages.

Sponsor months

Some churches offer each month to a local business or a family to help cover printing. The sponsor's logo or a short dedication goes in that month's footer, and you approve it on the proof like any other page. How much to ask, and whether to offer sponsorships at all, is your church's decision.

When to hand them out

Pick your hand-out Sunday, then order early enough to have the calendars in hand.

• Before Advent Sunday, November 29, 2026: order by Friday, November 13, 2026.
• The first Sundays of January: order by Thursday, December 10, 2026 so the boxes arrive before Christmas.

Every date assumes a complete file and a quick proof approval. A late photo or a slow approval pushes delivery back.

Two ways to build it

1. Send photos and details. Send one photo per month, a cover photo, your logo, your service times and your dates list. We lay it out on our template for $39 per order.
2. Build it yourself. For the 11 x 8.5 calendar, start from 2027 month grids with US holidays and the church year, 11 x 8.5 in (PDF) and 2027 wall calendar template, 11 x 8.5 in (28 pages) (PDF), then upload a 28-page PDF. Either way, you get a proof the same business day we receive a complete file, and nothing prints until you approve it.
