Pick a format for your study

Pick by length: a stapled booklet holds 8, 12 or 16 pages, and a coil workbook holds up to 48 interior pages.

Any quantity from 10 to 100 is priced in proportion between tiers, and one price covers any page count within a format. The price calculator adds postage, at cost, for your church's ZIP code. More than 100? Request a quote.

• Booklet: full color on every page, covers included, on 70 lb paper. It costs less and weighs less. See the half letter booklet for specs.
• Coil workbook: it lies flat, so members can write on either page. The front cover is full color on 80 lb stock; the back is blank. Compare the color and black-and-white coil workbooks.

Plan the pages

Plan two pages per week: teaching on one, questions and writing space on the other.

Short by a page? Add a notes or prayer page to reach the next count. Past 16 pages, move to a coil workbook. Number every page, so a leader can say "turn to page 9."

Print what you have the right to print

Print studies your church wrote, or material you have written permission to reproduce. Published curricula usually need the publisher's permission. Bible translations carry their own quotation limits, so check the permission notice in the one you quote. Most also ask you to print a copyright notice in the guide.

What to send

Send one PDF of single pages in reading order, not spreads. We arrange booklet pages for folding.

Use the bleed size when color runs to the edge; otherwise use the finished size. Keep text 0.25 in inside the trim, and keep 0.5 in clear on the coil edge. Embed your fonts, and place photos at 300 ppi.

How many copies to order

Order for every group at once, plus spares for leaders and visitors. Five groups of eight is 40 copies. Add five leaders and five spares, and you order 50. Ten groups work out to 100 the same way. A second run later is a new order with the same 10-copy minimum.

Timeline for a new series

Work back from the first meeting: transit, then production, then the proof.

1. Your file. Upload as early as you can, and tell us the date of the first meeting.
2. Proof. You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Approve it, or ask for one round of changes.
3. Production. 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.
4. Transit. USPS Ground Advantage to the church. USPS lists 2 to 5 business days for this service.

Nothing prints until you approve. A digital proof confirms content and layout, not exact color. Fix typos on the proof; after approval, a change is a reprint.

• January series: order by early December, before holiday shipping slows down.
• Lent studies: Ash Wednesday is February 10, 2027, so upload in January.
• Fall semester: upload in July or early August.

Shipping to the church

We ship each order to one address, usually the church office. Name the person who receives packages. Large orders may arrive in more than one box, each with its own tracking number.

Same study next semester

We keep your approved file. Before each reorder, you confirm it is still current, and any change gets a new proof. Put the edition date in the footer, such as "Spring 2027", so leaders can tell editions apart.
