Privacy

This page explains what we collect on staplecoil.com and what we do with it. We only use your information to make and ship your order and to answer your questions. We don't sell it.

Your files

Files you upload are stored with our hosting provider at a long, random web address that isn’t published or linked anywhere. We use them only to print your order and to reprint it if you reorder. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Who processes data for us

  • Vercel hosts the site, stores uploaded files and runs our privacy-friendly page analytics.
  • Upstash stores order records and saved carts.
  • Resend sends our order and shipping emails.
  • Google Analytics, if switched on, measures visits and shop events.
  • USPS receives your delivery address on the shipping label.

Emails

We email you about your order: confirmation, proof, payment link and shipping. If you ask us to save your cart, we send one reminder. We don't send newsletters unless you sign up for them.

How long we keep it

Saved carts expire after 8 days. We keep order records and files as long as you might reorder, and order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email us at the address on our contact page to see, correct or delete your information, or to have your files removed. You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker; the shop still works.
