Free templates

Every template is set up for our trim sizes, bleed and binding, so a file built on it prints the way you expect. Download what you need, design on it, export a PDF and upload it with your order.

How to use a template

1. Download the template for your product and size.
2. Open it in your design app. PDFs open in Canva, Affinity, Illustrator or InDesign; Word templates open in Word.
3. Replace the sample text and photos. Keep the page order and page size.
4. Hide or delete any guide layers before you export.
5. Export a PDF with bleed, then upload it with your order. We check it and send a proof before anything prints.
