Teacher planner printing

Teacher planner printing comes two ways here: our 8.5 x 11 lesson planner for 2027-28, or the planner PDF you already have. Either one is coil-bound to lie flat, with a clear plastic front cover, from 10 copies.

  • Monthly spreads before each month's weeks, and year-at-a-glance pages for both school years.
  • Your pages: up to 4 pages of your content, such as a bell schedule, class lists or a seating chart, at no charge.
  • Your cover: upload a design or send a school logo.

Option 2: print the planner you already have

Many teachers buy an editable planner from a template shop or build one in Canva, then need it printed and bound. Upload your interior PDF and your cover, and we print it in black and white and coil-bind it with a clear front cover.

Set up your PDF like this:

SettingWhat to do
Page size8.5 x 11 in or 5.5 x 8.5 in, one page per PDF page
Page orderReading order, first page first; no spreads
Page countAn even number. Add a blank notes page if you need one
Coil marginKeep 0.5 in clear on the binding edge
CoverA separate one-page PDF with 0.125 in bleed

Check the license first. A purchased template's license may cover only personal use. Printing copies for other teachers, such as staff gifts, may need a different license. Read the shop's terms before you order more than one copy.

Timing for the school year

Academic planners start in late July or early August. Order in late spring or early summer so planners arrive before in-service week. Schools ordering agendas for students should see school agenda printing.

You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file, and production takes 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.

How ordering works

  1. Choose our lesson planner, or the upload option for your own interior PDF.
  2. Add your cover: a finished design, or a school logo for our cover template.
  3. Check the digital proof page by page. Approve it or ask for one round of changes.
  4. We print, bind and ship to one address, such as the school office.

Why coil binding

A coil-bound planner opens flat on a desk and folds back on itself, so it takes up half the space while you write. The clear plastic front cover protects your cover design through the year.

Questions

Can I order just one planner?

Our minimum is 10 copies. For one copy, see how to print your own planner.

Can you print in color?

Planner interiors print in black and white. For full-color pages, see the color coil workbook.

Can a whole grade level share one design?

Yes. One design for every teacher in the grade or school counts as one order, from 10 copies.

Do you add tabs?

No. Tabs and lamination are not offered; the clear front cover protects the planner.

Can the lesson planner show 6 or 7 periods?

The grid has up to 8 period columns, and teachers write their own headers. Leave unused columns blank.
