Both sizes have the same 28 pages and options. The mini costs less per copy and mails in a 6 x 9 in envelope.

Order any whole quantity from 10 to 250. Quantities between tiers are priced in proportion, and you see the total before you pay. Postage is extra, at cost, and the price calculator shows your delivered total. For more than 250 copies, ask us for a quote.
What every calendar includes
Every calendar arrives printed, bound and drilled, ready to hang.
- 28 pages: a front cover, 12 photo pages, 12 month grids, a year-at-a-glance spread for 2027 and 2028, and a back cover. The 13-month calendar has 13 photo pages and 13 grids instead, with no year-at-a-glance spread.
- Paper and print: 100 lb gloss text inside and a 100 lb gloss cover, full color on both sides, full bleed.
- Binding: saddle-stitched with two staples. It hangs open with the photo above and the month grid below.
- Hanging hole: one 1/4 in hole, drilled and included. It takes a nail.
- Holidays: US holidays and observances, US holidays plus the church year, or none.
- Your own dates: birthdays, events or service days printed in the grid at no charge. Upload a list.
- Your name on every month: a footer with your logo, name, phone and website, plus imprints on the front and back covers.

Each date assumes a complete file, a proof approved the day you get it, and normal USPS Ground Advantage transit times, which can vary. A late photo or a slow approval pushes delivery back.
How it works
Ordering takes four steps, and nothing prints until you approve.
- Choose the size, quantity, months and holidays. You see the price before you pay.
- Upload your 28-page PDF, or send your photos, logo and any dates for us to lay out.
- We check your file and send a digital proof the same business day. Approve it or ask for one round of changes.
- After approval and payment, we print, bind and drill your calendars in 1 to 3 business days, then ship them by USPS Ground Advantage.
Who orders custom calendars
A custom calendar keeps your photos and your name on a wall for a full year.
- Realtors and agents use them as closing gifts, holiday mailings and pop-bys for past clients and their sphere, often 50 to 250 per agent. See realtor calendars.
- Churches give one per household before Advent or on the first Sundays of January, with the church year, service times and events printed. See church calendars.
- Schools, PTAs, booster clubs and animal rescues sell them as fundraisers, often for about $15 to $20 each. A hundred minis cost $409 ($4.09 each). See fundraiser calendars.
