Workshop workbook printing for your participants

Our workshop workbook printing gives every participant a book to write in and keep. Choose a coil workbook of up to 48 interior pages or a stapled booklet of 8 to 16 pages, from 10 copies. Upload your PDF, approve a proof, and we ship the finished books to the venue or your client's office.

Match the format to your workbook

Pick by page count first, then by how much color your pages need.

Any quantity from 10 to 100 is priced in proportion between tiers, and one price covers any page count within a format. Boxes are included and postage is at cost; the price calculator adds shipping to your venue's ZIP code.

• Coil workbook: the open book lies flat on a table, so people can write on both pages during an exercise. The front cover prints in full color on 80 lb cover stock, and the back cover is blank.
• Stapled booklet: it costs less and weighs less. Every page prints in full color on the same 70 lb paper, cover included.

What to send

Send one PDF of single pages in reading order. Each format has its own page rules.

Use the bleed size when anything touches the edge; otherwise use the finished size, 8.5 x 11 or 5.5 x 8.5 in. Embed your fonts, and place photos at 300 ppi at their printed size. Send single pages, not spreads; we arrange booklet pages for folding. Number your pages, so you can say "turn to page 12" in the room.

• Booklet template, 8.5 x 11 in (Word) (DOCX) and Booklet template, 5.5 x 8.5 in (Word) (DOCX) start with the cover on page 1. Add or remove pages four at a time.
• Print guide: letter coil workbook (PDF) marks bleed, the safe area and the coil band for design apps.

Plan backward from your session date

Count back from the day participants arrive: transit, then production, then the proof.

1. Your file. Upload your PDF as early as you can, and tell us the session date.
2. Proof. You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Approve it promptly to keep your timeline, or ask for one round of changes.
3. Production. We print and bind your books in 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.
4. Transit. USPS Ground Advantage takes the box to the venue. USPS lists 2 to 5 business days for this service.

Nothing prints until you approve. A digital proof confirms content and layout, not exact color. A late change is easy to fix on the proof. After approval, it is a reprint.

How many copies to order

Count participants, then add facilitators, guest speakers and a few spares for walk-ins. The minimum is 10 copies of one file, and you can order any whole number up to 100. For more than 100, request a quote.

Ship to the venue, not your house

Each order ships to one address, such as the venue or your client's office. Give the name of the person receiving it with your order. Ask the venue how event deliveries should be labeled and the earliest date it accepts boxes. Large orders may arrive in more than one box, each with its own tracking number. Shipping to each participant is a custom quote.

Run it again next time

We keep your approved file. For the next cohort, confirm it is still current, or upload a revised file for a new proof. Put a version date in the footer, so you can tell editions apart.
