Custom planner printing, from 10 copies

We offer custom planner printing from 10 copies: dated 2027, academic 2027-28 or undated. Add your cover and, on the coil planners, up to 4 pages of your own content. See the price before you pay, and approve a proof before anything prints.

Three planners

All three have black-and-white interiors on 70 lb uncoated text and a full-color cover on 80 lb cover stock.

Weekly planner, 5.5 x 8.5 in, coil-boundfrom $169 for 10 copies

Order any whole quantity up to 100 for the coil planners and up to 250 for the monthly planner, priced in proportion between tiers. Postage is at cost, and the price calculator shows your delivered total.

Dates: calendar year, school year or undated

• 2027: January to December 2027.
• Academic 2027-28: August 2027 to July 2028, for schools and teachers.
• Undated: fill in the months and weeks yourself, so it can start any time. Coil planners only.

Month grids start on Sunday or Monday; weekly spreads run Monday to Sunday. Holidays print as you choose: US holidays, US holidays plus the church year, or none.

Make it yours

• Your cover: upload your design, or send your logo and we set it on our cover template.
• Your pages: on the coil planners, up to 4 pages of your content replace notes pages at no charge. Use them for contacts, a bell schedule, a church directory or a mission statement.

• Not offered: tabs, lamination, foil and hard covers.

Order by

For 2027 planners before the holiday break, we suggest ordering by Friday, December 4, 2026. The date assumes a complete file, a proof approved the day you get it, and normal USPS Ground Advantage transit times, which can vary.

How it works

1. Choose the planner, dates, week start, holidays and quantity. You see the price first.
2. Upload your cover, or send your logo, plus any pages of your own.
3. You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Approve it or ask for one round of changes.
4. We print and bind in 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment, then ship by USPS Ground Advantage.
