Ordering
What is the minimum order?
10 copies of one design. You can order any whole quantity up to the top price tier (100 or 250, depending on the product). Larger runs get a quote.
Can I mix designs in one order?
Each design is its own order line with its own minimum of 10.
How are quantities between tiers priced?
In proportion between the two nearest tiers, rounded up to the dollar. The price calculator shows the exact total.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or churches?
Prices on the site are the same for everyone.
Files and proofs
What file do you need?
A PDF of single pages in reading order, at the finished size plus 0.125 in bleed if anything touches the edge. The artwork guide has the details for every product.
Do you check my file?
Yes. We check page size, page count, bleed, fonts and image resolution, and tell you what to fix before we send a proof.
What is a proof?
A digital copy of your exact file as we will print it. You approve it or ask for one round of changes. A proof confirms content and layout, not exact color.
Can you design my file?
We print your files. For calendars, we lay out your photos and logo on our template for $39 per order. Planner and notebook covers can carry your logo on our cover template. Free templates cover every product.

At checkout, by card.
How much is shipping?
USPS Ground Advantage postage at cost, calculated from your ZIP code and shown before you pay. See shipping.
Can I cancel?
Yes, before you approve the proof.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or refund the affected copies.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. We keep your approved file; you confirm it is still current, and we print it again.
