Shipping and delivery
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage from our shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. Postage is calculated from your ZIP code, the weight of your order and the number of boxes, and shown before you pay. You pay postage at cost; the boxes are included in the product price.
Delivery time
Your delivery date has three parts:
- Proof: the same business day we receive a complete, print-ready file.
- Production: 1 to 3 business days after you approve the proof and payment clears.
- Transit: USPS lists Ground Advantage delivery as 2 to 5 business days.
Working to a date? Tell us the date when you order. Holiday order-by dates for 2026: for ground delivery before Christmas.
Large orders
Heavy orders ship in more than one box so no box tops 35 lb, and we choose the split that costs you least. Each box has its own tracking number, and the shipping email lists them all.
Addresses we quote by hand
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Pacific territories and military (APO, FPO and DPO) addresses get a shipping quote before you pay. Request a quote.
One address per order
Each order ships to one address. To ship to several locations, or to each participant, request a quote.
Damaged or missing boxes
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the damage, and we will reprint or refund the affected copies.
