Our weekly planner printing makes a 5.5 x 8.5 coil planner with 136 pages: a monthly spread for each month, then that month's weekly spreads. Add your cover and up to 4 pages of your own, order from 10 copies, and approve a proof first.

Order any whole quantity from 10 to 100, priced in proportion between tiers. For more than 100, request a quote. Boxes are included; postage is at cost, and the price calculator shows your delivered total.
What is inside
The pages run in this order:
- A title page with name, phone and email lines.
- Two year-at-a-glance pages for the planner's year and the next, such as 2027 and 2028 (planning pages in the undated version).
- For each month: a two-page monthly spread, then a two-page spread for each week of that month.
- Notes pages at the back.
Each weekly spread runs Monday to Sunday. Monday to Wednesday sit on the left page under a top-priorities box; Thursday to Sunday and a notes box sit on the right.

Your pages can hold contacts, a church directory, a bell schedule or a reading plan. Send them as a PDF of 5.5 x 8.5 in pages in black and white. Keep text 0.5 in clear of the coil edge: the left side of right-hand pages and the right side of left-hand pages.
Cover setup
Send one page at 5.75 x 8.75 in, which includes 0.125 in of bleed on each side. Keep text clear of the coil holes on the left edge. Planner cover guide, 5.5 x 8.5 in (PDF) marks the bleed, safe area and coil zone.

We send a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment. For 2027 planners before the holiday break, we suggest ordering by .
