What's inside

Pages	Content
1	Title page with name, start date and church or group
2	How to use the journal: the ACTS pattern
3 to 46	Daily prayer pages: date, scripture, then Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication with writing lines
47	Prayer requests, with a column to mark answers
48	Answered prayers

The ACTS pattern gives each day the same simple shape: praise, confession, thanks, then requests. The cover verse is Philippians 4:6 in the King James Version.

Ideas for using it

Personal: one page a day for six weeks, a natural length for Lent or a new habit.
Women's or men's ministry: hand one to each member at the start of a study.
21-day or 40-day prayer season: pair each day with a church reading plan.
Prayer partners: swap request pages each week.

Printing at home

Print the PDF double-sided on letter paper with "booklet" chosen in your printer settings, then fold and staple in the middle. A 48-page journal is 12 sheets, which most long-reach staplers can handle.
