A team calendar is one of the easiest fundraisers a booster club can run. Put the players, the season schedule and your sponsors on a 2027 wall calendar, sell it to families and fans, and keep the difference. We print from 10 copies, with prices on the page and a proof before anything prints.

Sell sponsor months first
Twelve month footers and the back cover are ad space. Selling them before you print can cover the whole print bill, so every calendar sold is profit.
- Price each month at what a local business would pay for a year on a family's wall.
- Offer the back cover as the top package.
- Ask sponsors for a logo file and one line of text.
A season timeline
- Eight weeks out: pick photos, sell sponsor months and collect pre-orders.
- Four weeks out: lay out the calendar on our free template, or send the photos and we lay it out for $39.
- Three weeks out: upload, approve your proof and order the quantity you sold plus a few spares.
- Delivery: calendars arrive boxed, ready to hand out at a game or the banquet.
Photos that print well
- Use the original files from the team photographer or phones, not screenshots from social media.
- Landscape photos fill the 11 x 8.5 photo pages best.
- Get permission from families before you print a child's photo. A short note on the order form works.
