Fundraiser calendar printing
Our fundraiser calendar printing starts at 10 copies, with your cost per calendar published before you order. PTAs, booster clubs, teams and animal rescues fill the pages with their own photos, sell each calendar, and keep the difference.
The math, before you commit
One fundraising guide puts calendar prices at about $15 to $20 each. These tables show our price per calendar and what is left from each sale, before postage and your other costs.

| Copies | Our price each | Raised per sale at $15 | Raised per sale at $20 |
|---|---|---|---|

These are examples, not a forecast. What you raise depends on how many you sell, so pre-sell before you set the quantity.
Pre-sell, then print
Take orders first, then print what you sold plus a few extra for walk-up sales. Every unsold calendar comes out of what you raise.
- Set the price and the order deadline.
- Collect pre-orders from families, fans and supporters.
- Order the total plus a small buffer. Any quantity from 10 to 250 works, priced in proportion between tiers.
Ideas that add to each calendar
These add revenue without adding to our print price.
- Photo contest: families or fans submit photos, and the winners fill the 12 months and the cover.
- Sell a date: families pay to have a birthday or anniversary printed in the grid. Dates print at no charge, so every date sold is extra money for you.
- Sponsor months: a local business sponsors a month, and its logo goes in that month's footer.
A campaign timeline
One fundraising guide suggests planning a calendar campaign 6 to 12 weeks ahead. A typical plan:
| Weeks before hand-out | Step |
|---|---|
| 10 to 12 | Choose the theme; run the photo contest |
| 8 to 10 | Sell sponsor months and dates; open pre-orders |
| 6 to 8 | Close pre-orders; finish the photos and the dates list |
| 4 to 6 | Upload your file or photos; approve the proof |
| 2 to 4 | We print and ship; you sort the pre-orders |
| 0 | Hand out or deliver |
On our side, the proof goes out the same business day we receive a complete file, production takes 1 to 3 business days, then USPS Ground Advantage carries the boxes. For delivery before Christmas, order by . For holiday sales, order weeks earlier so you have time to sell and hand them out.
Which size sells
Both sizes have the same 28 pages, photos and dates. The difference is size and cost.
- The 11 x 8.5 calendar opens to 11 x 17 and shows off contest photos. It suits a $15 to $20 price and a family or fan base that wants a keepsake.
- The mini opens to 8.5 x 11 and costs less per copy. It suits a $10 to $15 price, school-wide sales and fridges.
Not sure? Pre-sell one size with a sample photo page, then order once the totals are in.
Shipping and pickup
We ship each order to one address, such as the school office or a volunteer's home. Postage is at cost and shown before you pay; boxes are included. Large orders may arrive in more than one box, each with its own tracking number.
Build it, or send the photos
Send one photo per month, a cover photo, your logo and your dates list. We lay it out on our template for $39 per order. Or build the 28 pages yourself with the photo calendar guide. Either way, you approve a proof before anything prints.
