What goes inside
A retreat journal is most useful when it carries the whole weekend. Common pages:

Any whole quantity from 10 to 250 is priced in proportion between tiers. Boxes are included and postage is at cost; the price calculator shows the delivered total to the venue's ZIP code. Details are on the stapled notebook and coil journal pages.
Your pages or ours
- All your own pages: upload a 48-page or 100-page PDF in black and white at 5.5 x 8.5 in. It costs the same as lined paper.
- Our pages: choose lined, dot grid, blank or the daily journal layout, and put your schedule on the cover. Simple, but less personal.
Pad your file with lined pages to reach 48 or 100 pages; they become extra journal space. Number the pages, so leaders can say "turn to page 12" during a session.
What to send us
- The cover: front and back for the stapled notebook, front only for the coil journal. Or send a logo for our cover template.
- The interior: one PDF of 48 or 100 pages at 5.5 x 8.5 in, in reading order.
- The quantity: guests, leaders and a few spares.
- Delivery: the retreat center's address and the person who receives packages.
Timeline
Retreat journals are usually ordered 2 to 6 weeks before the retreat. Work back from the day guests arrive:
- 3 to 6 weeks out: finish the schedule, prompts and speaker list.
- 2 to 4 weeks out: upload the file and approve the proof. You get it the same business day we receive a complete file.
- Production: 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.
- Transit: USPS Ground Advantage to the venue. Remote centers can take longer to reach.
A late schedule change is easy to fix on the proof. After approval, it is a reprint.
Shipping to the retreat center
We ship each order to one address. Ask the center who receives packages and how to label them, and give that name with your order. If the center will not hold packages, ship to your church or office and bring the box yourself.
