Our retreat workbook printing puts your schedule, session pages and reflection prompts in every guest's hands when they arrive. Upload your guide, approve a proof, and we ship 10 to 100 copies to the retreat center.
Formats
A retreat has one date and one place, so pick the format by how much your guests will write and how long the retreat runs.

Any whole quantity from 10 to 100 is priced in proportion between tiers. Boxes are included and postage is at cost; the price calculator shows the delivered total to the center's ZIP code.
What to put in a retreat guide
Guests open the guide all weekend, so put what they need most first.

A weekend with five sessions at two pages each fills 10 pages. Add the welcome, schedule, map and reflection pages, and a 16-page booklet is often enough. Longer programs, or guides with a page of writing per day, fit a coil workbook.
Booklet or coil?
- Booklet: light, lower cost and easy to carry between sessions. Pages count in fours: 8, 12 or 16, covers included.
- Coil workbook: lies flat for writing on a lap or a table, and holds up to 48 interior pages behind a full-color cover.
Mostly blank journal pages in black and white? Our retreat journals come in 48-page stapled and 100-page coil versions at a smaller size.
Set up your file
- Send one PDF of single pages in reading order, front cover first.
- Use 5.75 x 8.75 in pages for the booklet or 8.75 x 11.25 in for the coil workbook when anything runs to the edge.
- Keep text 0.25 in inside the trim on booklets, and 0.5 in clear of the coil edge on workbooks.
- Number the pages, so leaders can say "turn to page 9."

Timeline
Work back from the day guests arrive.
- Upload your guide and tell us the retreat date.
- You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Check names, times and room numbers, then approve it or ask for one round of changes.
- We print and bind in 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.
- USPS Ground Advantage carries the box to the center. Remote centers can take longer to reach.
A late schedule change is easy to fix on the proof. After approval, it is a reprint.
Shipping to a retreat center
Ask the center who receives packages and how to label them, and give that name with your order. Some centers hold packages only a few days before a group arrives. If yours won't, ship to your church or office and bring the box with you. Each order ships to one address.
