Church planner printing
Our church planner printing makes ministry, prayer and small-group planners with the church year printed in and your church's own pages inside. Order from 10 copies, choose weekly or monthly, and approve a proof before anything prints.
What makes it a church planner
Three things turn a planner into your church's planner.
- The church year, printed in: choose "US holidays plus the church year". The grids then show Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday, Good Friday, Easter, Pentecost and Advent.
- Your own pages: on the weekly planner, up to 4 pages of your content replace notes pages at no charge. Use them for service times, staff contacts, a Bible-reading plan or a prayer list.
- Your cover: your logo and the year's theme, or send your logo and we set it on our cover template.
In 2027, Easter falls on March 28 and Ash Wednesday on February 10, so Lent starts early. The planner shows both.

Ideas for your own pages
Four pages go a long way in a ministry planner.
- Church information: service times, address, staff names and phone numbers.
- A reading plan: a year of Bible readings with check boxes.
- A prayer list: names, requests and answered-prayer dates.
- Your ministry calendar: retreats, VBS, mission trips and sermon series dates.
Send them as black-and-white pages at 5.5 x 8.5 in. You check them on your proof with the rest of the planner.
When churches order
Churches usually order planners at four points in the year:
- Ministry-year kickoff in August and September. Choose the academic 2027-28 dates.
- The new year in December and January. For 2027 planners before the holiday break, we suggest ordering by .
- Lent in February and March. The undated weekly planner can start any week.
- Retreats, any time of year.
How ordering works
- Choose the planner, the dates, the week start and "US holidays plus the church year". You see the price before you pay.
- Upload your cover, or send your logo, plus your own pages as a PDF.
- You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Approve it or ask for one round of changes.
- We print and bind in 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment, then ship to your church office.
Dates and options
- Dates: 2027, academic 2027-28 or undated (undated on the coil planner only).
- Month grids: start on Sunday or Monday. Weekly spreads run Monday to Sunday.
- Holidays: US holidays, US holidays plus the church year, or none.
