Student planners for small schools

We print student planners for small schools: private, charter and Christian schools and homeschool co-ops that need 10 to a few hundred agendas. Each one carries your school year, your handbook pages and your mascot on the cover.

Where we fit, and where we don't

Large agenda companies are cheaper per copy at volume. Their stock agendas start at a few dollars each, with minimums of 25 to 60, and custom versions usually need 60 to 100 copies. If you need 500 identical agendas and can order in the spring, compare them.

We fit the orders those programs handle less well:

  • Small runs: a class of 18, a co-op of 40 families, a school of 150.
  • Your content inside: your school dates, bell schedule and handbook pages, not a stock interior.
  • Late orders: a summer order once enrollment is known.
  • Second semester: undated agendas for a January start, or for new students.

When to order

Agendas need to be in hand before students arrive.

  1. Spring: finalize your school calendar and handbook pages.
  2. By : order. That date leaves time to have agendas before August 1, 2027, if you approve the proof promptly.
  3. December: order undated agendas for second semester and new students.

You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Check your dates and handbook text carefully; one round of changes is included. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.

What to send us

  • Cover art: your school name, logo or mascot, and colors. Send a finished cover, or your logo for our cover template.
  • Your 4 pages: bell schedule, handbook rules and anything else, as black-and-white pages at the planner's size.
  • Choices: 2027-28 academic dates or undated, Sunday or Monday month grids, and holidays.
  • Quantities: how many of each size, plus a few spares for new students.
  • Delivery: the school's address and who receives packages over the summer.

Budget per student is simple: divide the price by the number of copies. Each price above also shows the cost per agenda.

Homeschool co-ops

Co-ops can give every family the same planner with the co-op's class schedule, contact list and calendar on its own pages. Order one design for everyone; a different cover per family is a separate design with its own 10-copy minimum.

Teachers who want their own lesson planners should see teacher planner printing.

Questions

Can each student's name be printed on the cover?

Not in this product. Every copy in a design is identical; the title page has a name line.

Can you print our school breaks in the grids?

The grids carry the holidays you choose. Put your school calendar on one of your own pages.

Can we order more mid-year?

Yes. We keep your approved file, so a reorder needs only a quick check that nothing changed.

Do you add a hall pass or a pocket?

Not a pocket. A hall pass log can be one of your own pages.
