How much does it cost to print a calendar?
A custom 2027 photo wall calendar costs $449 ($8.98 each) for 50 copies at 11 x 8.5 in, or $299 ($5.98 each) for the 8.5 x 5.5 in mini calendar. Every calendar has 28 full-color pages on 100 lb gloss paper, stapled, with a hanging hole. Postage is added at cost.

There are two optional extras: we lay out your photos and logo for $39 per order, and mailing envelopes cost $0.95 per calendar for the large size or $0.75 for the mini.

How to lower the cost per calendar
- Order your full run at once. 100 calendars in one order cost much less each than two orders of 50.
- Choose the mini size for desks, mailers and fundraisers with a lower sale price.
- Order in the fall. Ground shipping is the cheapest option, and an early order leaves time for it before January.
