- The monthly planner is the budget gift for a whole client list. It has month spreads and your cover, but no room for your own pages.
- The weekly planner is the keeper for top clients and staff. It has weekly spreads, a clear front cover, a coil that lies flat and your 4 pages.
Any whole quantity from 10 is priced in proportion between tiers. Boxes are included and postage is at cost; the price calculator shows the delivered total.
Your cover
Upload a finished cover, or send your logo and we set it on our cover template. Covers print in full color on 80 lb cover stock. Coil planners add a clear plastic front cover.
Set up a finished cover at 5.75 x 8.75 in for the 5.5 x 8.5 planners, including 0.125 in of bleed. Planner cover guide, 5.5 x 8.5 in (PDF) marks the bleed, safe area and coil zone.
What to send us
- Your cover: a finished PDF, or your logo as a vector file or a large PNG.
- Your pages: up to 4 black-and-white pages at 5.5 x 8.5 in, in the order you want them.
- Your choices: dates (2027 or undated), Sunday or Monday month grids, and holidays.
- The quantity and the delivery address, with the name of the person who receives packages.
We check everything and send one proof of the whole planner. Read your pages closely; phone numbers and web addresses are the usual typos.
Timing for new-year gifts
Client and staff planners are usually ordered from October to December. For 2027 planners before the holiday break, we suggest ordering by .
We ship each order to one address, such as your office. You get a proof the same business day we receive a complete file, and production takes 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.
