Our funeral program printing turns your file into folded, stapled memorial booklets with 8, 12 or 16 full-color pages. Order from 10 copies, approve a proof of the exact file, and we ship the programs to you or to the funeral home.
Sizes and what they suit
Most funeral programs are a letter sheet folded in half, which is our 5.5 x 8.5 small booklet. Choose the 8.5 x 11 booklet when you want large photos or a longer tribute.

The price is the same for 8, 12 or 16 pages. Any whole quantity from 10 to 250 is priced in proportion between tiers, and the price calculator adds postage for your ZIP code.
What goes in a funeral program
An 8-page program holds the usual sections with room for photos. Choose 12 or 16 pages for a photo collage or a longer life story.

Count pages in multiples of 4: a folded booklet has 4 pages per sheet. If you have 10 pages of content, add a photo page and a notes page to reach 12.
Timing: plan backward from the service
We are not a same-day printer, so plan the dates before you order.
- File ready: send one PDF with every page in reading order.
- Proof: you get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file. Approve it or ask for one round of changes.
- Production: 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.
- Transit: USPS Ground Advantage, usually a few business days. Use the shipping page for the details.
Programs for a memorial service or a celebration of life held a few weeks later fit this schedule well. If the funeral is only days away, check the timeline with us first through the contact page.
Photos and file setup
- Photos: use the largest original file you have. A full-page portrait on the 5.5 x 8.5 booklet needs about 1,700 x 2,600 pixels. Scanned prints should be scanned at 600 dpi.
- Bleed: if a photo runs to the edge, set pages to 5.75 x 8.75 in (small) or 8.75 x 11.25 in (letter).
- Safe area: keep names and dates 0.25 in inside the trim.
- Pages: send single pages, not spreads. We arrange them for folding.

How many to order
Count the expected guests, then add 10 to 20 percent. Families often keep extra copies to mail to relatives who could not attend. A second run later is a new order, so a few spares now usually cost less.
