Our letter size booklet printing makes 8.5 x 11 in booklets of 8, 12 or 16 pages, cover included. Every page prints in full color, and two staples hold the fold. Order from 10 copies and approve a proof of your exact file before anything prints.

Page counts
Your file needs exactly 8, 12 or 16 pages, counting the front and back covers.

The insides of the covers count as inside pages and print in full color. If your content runs to 10 pages, add two on purpose, such as notes and contacts, to reach 12. For more than 16 pages, a color coil workbook holds up to 48 interior pages.
File setup
Send one PDF of single pages in reading order; we arrange them for folding.
- Set pages to 8.75 x 11.25 in if anything touches the edge: 8.5 x 11 plus 0.125 in bleed on every side. Otherwise use 8.5 x 11 in.
- Keep text and logos 0.25 in inside the trim.
- Put the front cover on page 1 and the back cover on the last page.
- Do not set up spreads or printer's pairs.
- Embed your fonts and export a PDF.

Nothing prints until you approve a digital proof, sent the same business day we receive a complete file. You can ask for one round of changes. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment, then we ship by USPS Ground Advantage to one address.
