Page counts

Each folded sheet makes four pages, so a booklet has 8, 12 or 16 pages, front and back covers included.

File setup

Set each page to 5.75 x 8.75 in if anything touches the edge: 5.5 x 8.5 plus 0.125 in of bleed on every side.

Use 5.75 x 8.75 in pages with bleed, or 5.5 x 8.5 in if nothing touches the edge.
Keep text and logos 0.25 in inside the trim.
Put the front cover on page 1 and the back cover on the last page.
Send single pages in reading order, not spreads; we arrange them for folding.
Embed your fonts and export a PDF.

Nothing prints until you approve a digital proof, sent the same business day we receive a complete file. You can ask for one round of changes. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment, then we ship by USPS Ground Advantage to one address, such as the retreat center.

Can the cover be on heavier paper?

Not in this format. The cover is the same 70 lb text as the inside pages; other papers are a custom quote.

Yes. The letter booklet takes the same 8, 12 or 16 page counts at 8.5 x 11 in.

Can we reorder next season?
