Our program printing makes stapled event programs with 8, 12 or 16 full-color pages, from 10 copies. Weddings, church services, graduations, recitals and banquets all fit the same two sizes, and you approve a proof before anything prints.

The price is the same for 8, 12 or 16 pages, so a longer program costs nothing extra. Any quantity from 10 to 250 is priced in proportion between tiers. For more, request a quote.

What goes in each kind of program

Sponsor ads are a common way to pay for the print run. A full page, half page or quarter page in a letter booklet gives each sponsor a clear spot.

Page count in multiples of 4

A stapled program is made of sheets folded in half, 4 pages per sheet. So your file must have 8, 12 or 16 pages, counting the covers. Short by two pages? Add a notes page and a thank-you page.

For a single sheet folded once (4 pages), request a quote.

File setup

Send one PDF of single pages in reading order, front cover first.
Add bleed if anything runs to the edge: 5.75 x 8.75 in pages (small) or 8.75 x 11.25 in (letter).
Keep text 0.25 in inside the trim.
Embed your fonts.

Timeline

Programs often come together late. Lock the order of events, then work back from the event date:

You get a digital proof the same business day we receive a complete file.
Production takes 1 to 3 business days after approval and payment.
USPS Ground Advantage transit follows, usually a few business days. See shipping.

Last-minute name changes are easy on the proof. After approval, a change is a reprint.

Questions

Can the cover be on thicker paper?

Not in this format. These are self-cover booklets on 70 lb text throughout.

Can you print a program with 20 pages?

Booklets come in 8, 12 or 16 pages. Longer programs are a custom quote, or a coil workbook holds up to 48 interior pages.

Do you print church bulletins every week?

We print from 10 copies per order, so a weekly order works. Many churches order a seasonal program or a quarterly guide instead.

Can you ship to the venue?

Yes, to one address per order. Give us the name of the person who will receive the box.
