Printed workbooks for online courses and programs
Most course creators sell a downloadable workbook that students never print. A real coil-bound workbook gets filled in, and it makes a strong upgrade for a premium tier, a cohort or a live event. We print from 10 copies, so you can test it with one cohort before committing.

From a Canva or Google Docs PDF
Most course workbooks are built in Canva. Download a PDF Print file and upload it; we check page size, page count and bleed as you upload. See printing a Canva workbook for the settings.
Turn on full bleed (+20%) if your pages have color to the edge, or keep a white border to save.
Getting books to students
Each order ships to one address. Common setups:
- Live events: ship the batch to the venue.
- Cohorts: ship to yourself and mail them with a welcome kit.
- Premium tier: order in batches of 25 or 50 and mail as people enroll.
Price it into your course
At 50 copies a black-and-white workbook costs $529 ($10.58 each) in total. Add your postage and you know what a "printed workbook" tier needs to cost.
